Jefferson. New Beat Farm is a certified organic, horse-powered farm in the hills of Jefferson. We grow a diverse variety of organic vegetables, cut flower bouquets and culinary herbs throughout the growing season. Along with our produce we have a line of fresh pestos for sale at markets: basil, beet, arugula and kale pestos, made with herbs fresh from the farm.
