go en fermented foods – Jan 18, Feb 8, March 22, May 19

go-en fermented foods is excited to return to the Belfast Farmers Market. Fresh back from a trip to Japan we are settling back into winter in Maine and gearing up for miso production. We make our miso in the winter months when the temps are low and the nights are long, after which it is allowed to ferment for about one year. That being the case we will be busy making next years miso and unfortunately will only be around once a month through the winter. You can catch us; this week 1/18, 2/8, 3/22, and 4/19. Stock up for those long winter nights and cuddle up to a jar of miso. We will have our miso in both 12oz and 2kg jars, miso blends, dressings, hummus, amazake, and miso soup to keep your bellies warm and cozy. Cant wait to see you there.

Burke Hill Wild Blueberries

At Market once a month beginning January 18th. Nothing like blueberry pancakes to warm up your winter. Stock up!
